You can change your delivery address from ‘Your Account’, under ‘Delivery details’. The option won’t be available if you have debt or credit on your account, a delivery on its way, or a pause on your orders. In these cases, ‘Your Account’ will direct you to send us a message on Whatsapp.

You can order easily using whatsapp or by calling our phone line at 050103332. An invoice will be generated and sent over to you via whatsapp, email or text message. You may also place an order online via our website at www.zkilishi.com When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You may also pay us by MTN momo, mobile money, cash (cash on delivery). You can use all the major credit or debit cards as well.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number

Delivery

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. 

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”.  You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Some products need to be shipped in dry ice. These dry ice shipments have a slightly higher shipping fee. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout. 

We very rarely miss a delivery, so don’t panic if it’s a bit later than usual. If it’s very late, get in touch via Live Chat on our website or call us at +233 501073332 and we’ll find out what has happened.
